At MVMT Mindful Movement, our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of reconnecting to yourself with mindful movement. We believe that through one on one or small group sessions you can delve into the innermost aspects of yourself in a unique and supportive way. MVMT is for every body and we strive to create a supportive and accessible community for all of our students.
Our certified instructor is passionate about sharing the teachings and practice of yoga and breathwork with others. Amanda provides personalized attention, adjustments and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate. One on one sessions hold space to allow you to deepen your practice, physical and mental performance. Private event inquiries welcome!
